Skills
Brings joy and laughter to troubled souls through his drawings, often using only pencil and paper but is also well known for his elaboratly detailed, thought provoking oil paintings which are filled with swirling layers of content and imagery and always presented with colorful, hallucinatory intensity. Similar to creating paintings, he is also highly knowledgable at creating pizzas from scratch. He combines raw ingredients together such as flour, water, oil, salt, sugar, yeast and potato flakes for a superb dough which he then tops with his special tomato sauce consisting of fresh vine ripened tomatoes along with various herbs and spices. Freshly grated mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings then come next. Pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, onions, sausage, bacon, black/green olives, green peppers, pineapple, jalapeños, and spinach can be added to the pie then sprinkled with a final layer of mozzarella cheese and baked at 450 degrees for about ten minutes. Also try his desert pizzas, breadsticks and salads.
